ADA Poolside King

Our ADA Poolside King guestroom located in our Lobby Building on the ground floor offers one king bed and a patio with a view overlooking the pool and the Pacific Ocean in the background. This ADA accessible room offers a roll-in shower, pedestal sink, and hand rails in the bathroom.
Accessible amenities in this room include:

An accessible roll-in shower with two shower grab bars mounted on the walls, and a shower wand with all shower accessories are mounted within 48 inches height. A shower seat is available upon request.

The toilet height is between 17-19 inches and is equipped with two grab bars. A raised toilet seat is available upon request.

The lavatory sink provides knee clearance of at least 30 inches wide, 27 inches tall, and 17 inches deep, all under-sink plumbing is wrapped, and the lowest reflective edge of the mirror is no more than 40 inches high.

The door width into the bathroom is at least 32 inches.

The door width into the guestroom is at least 32 inches.

The width at the side of the bed is at least 30 inches.
