Parking Policy
SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel is a private property. Complimentary Parking is available for hotel and restaurant guests. Maximum of one parking space per guestroom. No parking across multiple spaces. No trailer or oversized vehicle parking. Violators will be cited and vehicles impounded at the owner's expense. 22658-A C.V.C.
Smoking Policy
The property is 100% non-smoking with 100% non-smoking guestrooms. Smoking in guestrooms is subject to a charge of $200 USD. Designated smoking areas are available in the parking lot near designated signage
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card and ID are required to make a reservation and must be present at check-in. Please be advised the credit card must authorize all night’s room and tax plus $35 USD above total. Your bank may hold this price of the stay for up to 7 days if you use a debit card at check-in. For guests under 18, please see our Minor Agreement Form.
Dog Policy
Dog rooms are subject to the availability, and limited number of rooms, please specify with the hotel at the time of reservation that a dog room is needed. A $100 USD dog fee applies per stay and is collected at the time of check-in. Please refrain from bringing your exotic pets, cats, birds, farm animals, etc. Guests introducing dogs into a non-dog-friendly room or suite will be charged a minimum of $200 USD cleaning fee plus damages, which includes but is not limited to lost revenue. Reservation Guarantee Policy
The SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel requires all reservations to be guaranteed by a valid form of payment, prior to arrival. The evening prior to arrival, A prepayment of the first night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file to guarantee the reservation. If payment is declined, the reservation is not guaranteed and will be canceled. If you wish to change your form of payment upon check-in, a Guest Service Agent will assist you. Should the payment be declined, the reservation is not guaranteed, will be canceled, and the room placed back into inventory for sale. Staff will make every reasonable attempt to contact the guest to reserve the room again, based on contact information at the hotel’s disposal. For canceled reservations, the hotel does not guarantee room type, availability, or previously booked rates.
Life happens® Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise, the guest card is subject to a charge of one night’s room and tax. During special events and holidays, reservations must be canceled 21 days prior to arrival, otherwise, guest card is subject to charge of one night’s room and tax. With our Life Happens® cancellation policy, the credit can be used towards a future stay for up to one year from the original reservation date!
No Show Policy
No-shows will be charged in full amount for the first night.
